Considering that our full-length garden hose features a compact packaging design.

1. If there are severe tangles, it should be neatly unrolled before use. Once the hose is pressurized, pulling it can effectively release any twists or kinks.

2. After finishing your watering, secure the hose to the provided holder or strap to prevent kinking or tangling. Store the hose properly for future use.

These simple measures can minimize problems with tangles, kinks, and knots.

NOTE: During operation, slight retraction of the hose may occur, which is normal. We've increased the original length of the hose to ensure it functions at its intended length under normal water pressure.
